Michael A. E. Ramsay, MD, FRCA, is a well-versed anesthesiologist who diagnoses and treats patients at Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, in Dallas, Texas, where he has been serving as Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Management since 1989. Dr. Ramsay is the Medical Director of Anesthesia Services at Baylor’s Jack and Jane Hamilton Heart and Vascular Hospital and the Co-Medical Director for Operating Room Services at Baylor University Medical Center.
